It does not matter which of the two short sides this is. This positioning ensures that you are in the optimal radius of action during sleep and in this way you will get the best results.

Yes, it is not the board size that is decisive, but much more the number of people sleeping in it. The optimal effect of the harmonisation board occurs when it is placed in the centre of a person. In this way, one is optimally within the radius of effect (1 metre).

Experience has also shown that if the harmonisation plate is placed in the middle of a double bed, it can happen that the sleeping persons move towards the middle of the bed or towards the centre of the harmonisation plate during sleep.

Yes! Placement on a slatted frame is suitable for most conventional bed types as it is usually located directly underneath the mattress. All you need to do is place the harmonizer in the middle of your bed under the mattress, regardless of the bed type. If you are unable to access this area, the harmonizer can also be placed under the mattress topper or bed. Try to keep the distance between yourself and the harmonizer as minimal as possible. (The width of a mattress is perfect)
