Sustainably increase life energy - Top 5
Consistent to more energy - 5 points that change your life.
You increase your life energy by reading this guidebook to the end?
Well. Unfortunately, it's not quite that simple - but it's not really that difficult either. In the following article, we will introduce you to 5 points that will enable you to significantly increase your energy level. You will feel fitter, better and more energetic. And the best thing about it is that you will notice how your energy level increases as soon as you start to deal with just one of these points. This brings motivation and is really fun: I promise!

"Better digestion, more stamina, rejuvenating effects and an increased release of happy hormones ..."
This dog has it in his blood - but so do you.
1. move, move,
Move: Treat yourself
Certainly not new but very effective - physical activity sustainably increases life energy: Most of us spend the majority of our daily lives in a sitting position. A position that fundamentally contradicts the anatomy and spiritual origin of man.
Apart from the consequences such as muscle shortening that lead to joint pain, arthrosis, slipped discs, migraine etc., our organism simply lacks movement. According to a WHO study, one in three people today lacks exercise.
However, we need this movement very urgently. On the one hand, to keep our musculoskeletal system fit, which should ultimately "transport" us through life as painlessly as possible for many years. On the other hand, it increases the blood - and thus the oxygen transport to our cells.
With regular activity, you benefit from a rejuvenating effect. In addition, there is better digestion, more stamina, and more balance in life - also through the accompanying stress reduction. The increased release of happiness hormones does the rest.
But let's be honest - you already knew all this or at least suspected it - because everyone who compares their more active phases of life with those in which they were a little lazier knows it. You simply feel better and everyday life is easier to manage when you are fit.
So get over yourself and put some pep back in your step. It's definitely worth it!
That's what you get from more exercise:
- Strengthens the musculoskeletal system and prevents posture problems
- Optimises the transport of oxygen into our cells
- indispensable if you want to stay/become vital and fit
- Better digestion, stress reduction and release of happiness hormones
- Just 20 minutes of exercise a day will change your life for good.
"What used to work intuitively is now highly complicated".
Yes, pizza is fun - but it should remain the exception.
2. nutrition: the basis for a life full of energy.
What used to work intuitively is now unfortunately very complicated. Why? Um... we like to call it progress. Simpler, faster, always available and of course as cheap as possible.
Acting according to these guiding principles, we have managed to manoeuvre ourselves into a food situation that is, to say the least, sickening. Our supermarkets are full of cheaply produced ready-made products and empty calories - in short. "Dead food".
And where one speaks of "death" one can of course also not expect "life energy".
A diet that is not "species-appropriate" for humans not only does not provide us with vital energy, but actually costs our bodies a lot of it. But here, too, we are probably in agreement when I say - actually, we have all known this for a long time, because our bodies tell us anew every day.
However, there is no such thing as THE ONE perfect diet for everyone. Every person is individual and you have to learn to listen to what your body is telling you. Nevertheless, science, observation and experience have provided us with some good cornerstones as guidelines, which I will briefly list here:
Limit consumption of animal foods....
... and buy only the very best quality for it. (The associated additional costs usually bring about a reduction in consumption anyway).
Plant-based foods - fresh and as whole as possible
Wholefood means: better the olive than the olive oil, the whole fruit instead of just the juice, whole grains instead of extracted flours, ... Why? Nature has thought of something here. A good example at this point is the often controversial topic of fructose when it comes to rising blood sugar levels.
Some people have already warned against the consumption of fructose - but this is an isolated consideration of the fructose itself.
But before I go into detail here, let me be brief and to the point:
Orange juice squeezed without parts of the pulp = steeper rise in blood sugar level
Whole orange = slower rise in blood sugar level.
In this case, it is because the fruit in its entirety (it does not have to be an orange) has a blood sugar regulating effect.
It is the same with white flour and, in various forms, with most other foods.
They represent a complete package which, when consumed in its entirety, supports many important mechanisms and can thus relieve our body of a lot of work on the one hand and provide it with a wealth of vital substances on the other.
This list could of course be continued at great length. However, as this article is intended to provide an overview of measures you can take to increase your vital energy, it is probably not worth going into too much detail here.
You are already doing a lot right with the points mentioned. Perhaps there will be a separate article on this topic in the future. For the time being, however, I would like to refer you to a nice, compact overview by the DGE (German Nutrition Society), which provides further information.
Of course, there are many different models that can be argued about in detail. But someone who has not yet dealt with this topic is well advised to use this basic model:
So remember: Fresh, lively, colourful food increases your life energy
. If you haven't looked at your eating habits before, now is the time to do so. You will feel much fitter after just 2 to 3 weeks
That's what you get from a species-appropriate diet:
- Floods your organism with nutrients
- Ensures optimal body performance and concentration
- Effectively prevents most diseases of civilisation
- Lets you go through life lighter and more awake
- One of the biggest levers when it comes to increasing your energy level
"We generally have the problem that we often feel unbalanced, not in our centre or colloquially "simply out of round"."
We already feel it after a short time - this is where we belong.
3. get out into nature: because you are part of it.
Humans are a part of nature - we are usually aware of that. And yet, unfortunately, we are moving further and further away from it. Partly with great consequences for our health.
Apart from the fact that a large part of the population in this country suffers from a vitamin D deficiency (regular direct contact with the sun's rays is necessary for vitamin D production). A deficiency leads to fatigue and, according to studies, significantly increases the risk of various diseases of civilisation), we generally have the problem that we often feel unbalanced, off-centre or, colloquially, "simply out of sorts".
Here, contact with nature plays a not insignificant role. Even if science is still in its infancy, who hasn't experienced it: a walk through the forest is really good for you. So good, in fact, that so-called "forest bathing" is a recognised form of therapy in Japan. Above all, natural places such as those found in forests provide a highly energetic environment and thus vitalise the entire organism.
So let's do what we've known for a long time. Let's take each other by the nose and go into the forest.
That's what being in nature does for you more often:
- less often knocked off and more concentration
- Better supply of vitamin D
- More balance
- Time and peace for you
"Apart from the comfort of the bed itself, choosing the right mattress etc., where the bedroom is located can make a significant difference."
Not only how you sleep, but also where you sleep plays a role.
4. regeneration and sleep: if time out, then right!
More is not the same as more. Anyone who has ever started their New Year's resolution "I want to do more sport this year" over-motivated has experienced it. At the beginning, progress is great and suddenly you fall into a deep hole. Every ambitious amateur athlete knows - regeneration is just as important as the training itself.
But this is not only true in sports. So what can be a "relaxation day" in sport is night's rest for active everyday life. Only those who can recover perfectly at night are bursting with energy during the day, can concentrate well and get the best out of their day.
In addition to the points already mentioned such as "diet, exercise, etc.", there is even more you can do to get out of bed refreshed in the morning. For example, you can improve the conditions for a restful night with evening rituals (evening tea, no electronic devices, not eating too late, reading, ...).
To list all the relevant factors here would probably go beyond the scope of this article. Therefore, there will be a separate article on this topic in the near future.
But this often underestimated factor should not go unmentioned here:
The sleeping place
Apart from the comfort of the bed itself, the choice of the right mattress, etc., it can make a significant difference where the bedroom is located. If you've already tried everything and despite everything you still can't get any rest at night, it may also have to do with the energetic nature of the sleeping place. Energeti.... what? Exactly - the energetic condition.
Even if the science stands here still at the beginning, one knows from experience that radiations, which go out from the earth interior, exactly like also electrical smog etc., direct effects on our well-being have.
Everybody knows historical power places, like for example: Stonehenge or the power place in the wood next door. And just as there are places that have a "strengthening" effect on the organism, there are also places that rob us of our energy.
If we place our sleeping place exactly at such a place, we are on average 8 hours in exactly this "disturbance zone". It goes without saying that this cannot be healthy.
Since a change of the sleep place is not possible in many cases however one can create oneself here with a so-called "Sleeping Place Harmonizer" remedy. These are specially designed to defuse energetic sources of interference and thus contribute to a deeper and more restful sleep or to make this possible in the first place.
This is what an optimised sleeping space brings you:
- Reduction of radiation-induced stress symptoms
- More energy in everyday life and at work
- The necessary regeneration for sport
- Prevents negative thoughts (no lying awake at night)
Get the sleep you deserve!
The ALPHA-ENERGY® Sleeping Place Harmonizer (52,000BE) makes your sleeping place free of geopathic interference fields and significantly promotes the regeneration process during sleep.About the product
"I know from my own experience that the initial effort is great. Even just sitting still consciously can be difficult for some people.
Meditation is like a holiday - only more often.
Meditation & Breathing - easier than you think.
It is not without reason that it is anchored in spiritual cultures worldwide. To put it simply, meditation is a mindfulness or concentration exercise that aims to stem the constant flood of thoughts that dominates us and to take some of the pace out of everyday life.
So it is not only suitable for helping monks in Shaolin temples to high spiritual insights, but is suitable in one form or another for everyone of us.
I know from my own experience that the initial effort is great. Even just sitting quietly in consciousness can be difficult for some people. But here, at the latest, we should realise how necessary it is for us to learn again what we have long since forgotten. To come to rest.
If you want to live life to the fullest, you cannot avoid dealing with this topic.
For an easier introduction to the topic and first experiences in this area, guided meditations can help, as you can find many on YouTube. But meditation can also be integrated into everyday life in a short form, e.g. by means of simple yet highly effective breathing techniques.
Here is an example to get you started with "conscious breathing":
Even this simple exercise (really not difficult) will give you a feeling of lightness. With a little practice, you will be able to simply shut down for 3 minutes even in stressful moments and then go on with your daily life feeling more relaxed.
Take 3 minutes to pay attention exclusively to your breathing. Everything else around you does not matter now.
Inhale deeply and hold your breath for a moment.
Imagine the air passing through your mouth, down your windpipe, through your lungs and into your belly, which continues to rise. Imagine how the oxygen floods your entire body.
2. Then exhale for 5-7 seconds and smile.
Repeat the exercise a few times until you are concentrating exclusively on your breathing.
This is what daily meditation brings you:
- Strengthens your spirit and your will
- Can help you implement previously mentioned points
- Short holiday (total relaxation in just 5 minutes)
You don't have to search for a long time and burn vast sums of money to go through life healthy, vital and relaxed. You just have to take the first step and start walking this path. We all know the problem of overcoming ourselves - here it can actually be helpful to start with point 5: Meditation. In just a few minutes a day, it can change your entire mindset and create the basis for you to rise up and live the life you have always dreamed of.
